BRSCC Championship Car races
The BRSCC Championship Car races will once again grace Mallory Park on Sunday 27th September.
There is plenty of racing across four different classes three of which will run as double headers.
Backed by the Metro newspaper is the Metro Caterham Race Academy Championship. This is a novice class which provides good value and a gentle introduction to motorsport. The grid will be packed with Caterham Sevens all to the same specification so the drivers’ skills will shine through.
BRSCC Club Formula Ford MS Championship will run a double header at the Friendly Circuit. This Championship is now in its 43rd year, and is a good first step for those interested in single seater racing either as a hobby or a serious career.
Federal Tyres Nippon Challenge will also feature as a double header. This series is for production and modified Japanese sports and saloon cars plus other Asian makes such as Proton and Hyundai. So if you are a fan of Japanese sports cars then this is the race to watch.
The final double header of the event is the Silverstone Tyres MR2 Race. MR2 racing is another cost effective way to go racing. The grid is very close and includes drivers of all ages and abilities making for interesting racing.
Qualifying starts at 09:30 with the first race at 12:00, there is a brief lunch break at 12:55. The racing starts again at 13:55 through to 17:00.
