Morgans take over Mallory Park
On Sunday 10th August the Morgan Sports Car Races will take to the track at Mallory Park to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Morgan +8.
The Morgan is an iconic British Sports car and anyone who knows about cars can identify with it. One of the things that make a Morgan unique is the age of the manufacturer, with the original three wheelers starting production in 1909.
Morgan +8’s have been in production for 36 years and the Morgan sports Car Club has lined up approximately 70 vehicles which span that time to take part in the Anniversary parade.
Aside from the mouth watering selection of vintage machines there will be plenty of racing too. Practice commences at 0900 with the parade at 1200 and the racing kicking off at 1300.
The course car for this special occasion in the very latest limited edition Aeromax which has been loaned by the Morgan Motor Company, with only 100 of these beauties available it will be a talking point for spectators.
